1. Introduction
Welcome to Payment360. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Payment360 payment gateway services ("Service"). By using or accessing Payment360, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
2. Services Provided
Payment360 offers a payment processing platform that enables businesses (referred to as "Merchants") and individuals (referred to as "Users") to securely send, receive, and manage payments online. The Service includes, but is not limited to, payment gateway solutions for e-commerce, point of sale (POS) transactions, wallet services, and mobile payment options.
3. Eligibility
To use the Payment360 Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide valid identification information.
- Not be prohibited by law from using the Service.
- Comply with Payment360’s anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) policies.
By registering for an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that:
- All information provided during registration and transaction processes is accurate, current, and complete.
- They maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, including login credentials and API keys.
- They comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
- All transactions are authorized and legitimate. Payment360 reserves the right to monitor and review transactions for potential fraud or illegal activity.
- Users should inform Payment360 immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants agree to:
- Use Payment360 only for lawful purposes.
- Not engage in any activity that could damage or disrupt the integrity of the Service or the security of other Users or Merchants.
- Not use Payment360 for the sale of illegal goods, services, or any activities that violate Payment360’s acceptable use policies.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws governing payment processing, taxation, and consumer protection.
- Ensure that any funds processed through Payment360 are not related to fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activities.
6. Fees and Payments
Payment360 may charge fees for certain Services provided to Merchants and Users, including transaction fees, monthly maintenance fees, and setup fees. These fees will be clearly disclosed before you agree to use the Service.
- Transaction Fees: Payment360 charges a small percentage per transaction processed through the platform.
- Currency Conversion Fees: If currency conversion is involved, Payment360 will charge a small fee for converting funds.
- Chargeback Fees: In the event of chargebacks, additional fees may apply.
All fees are subject to change, and Payment360 will notify users of any changes in advance.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Payment360 is committed to safeguarding your personal and financial information. We comply with data protection and privacy laws applicable to users worldwide, including:
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union.
- The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.
- Relevant data protection laws and regulations in African countries where our services are offered, such as the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa and similar frameworks across the continent.

9. Termination of Services
Payment360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its Service in cases of:
